Following a film screening organized by Cinema Ideal, I was invited to create a visual
identity for “Modos de Ver” in Inglish Ways of Seeing, the influential essay by the
British art critic John Berger. The work explores how images shape our understanding of
the world through the lens of culture, history, and social context. To reflect this, I
designed a pattern inspired by African tribal art an intentional reference that
challenges Western visual norms and encourages the viewers to embrace alternative
perspectives.
